・本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。 ・データの破損や消失について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。 ・本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されるものであり、特定の目的への適合性の保証は行いません。
本アプリで作成されたデータはすべてユーザーのデバイスに保存されます。アプリの削除やデバイスの初期化によりデータが失われる場合があります。データのバックアップはユーザーの責任で行ってください。
本アプリはファンメイドアプリであり、ポケモンに関する一切の知的財産権は、各権利者に帰属します。本アプリはこれらの権利を侵害する意図は一切ありません。
本アプリでは、運営費用を補うために広告が表示される場合があります。広告の内容については、広告配信事業者の責任により管理されています。
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の利用規約はアプリ内に掲示された時点で効力を有します。

当アプリはファンアプリであり、任天堂、クリーチャーズ、ゲームフリーク、および株式会社ポケモンとは一切関係ありません。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of this app "Poke Diary" ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
This App is a personal tool for managing Pokémon Trading Card Game battle records. It is not intended for commercial use.
Users must not engage in the following activities: ・Tampering with or reverse engineering this App ・Using this App for illegal activities ・Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties ・Interfering with the operation of this App
・The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App. ・The developer is not liable for any data corruption or loss. ・This App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
All data created in this App is stored on the user's device. Data may be lost if the App is deleted or the device is reset. Users are responsible for backing up their data.
This App is a fan-made application. All intellectual property rights related to Pokémon belong to the respective rights holders. This App has no intention of infringing on these rights.
This App may display advertisements to offset operating costs. Advertisement content is managed by the respective advertising service providers.
