本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Music Influence Chain（以下「本アプリ」）の提供条件および本アプリの利用に関する運営者と利用者との間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 適用範囲
本規約は、本アプリ「Music Influence Chain」の利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。運営者がアプリ内またはウェブサイト上で掲示する個別の規定・ガイドラインも、本規約の一部を構成します。
2. 料金・課金
- 75アーティストのコアコンテンツは無料でご利用いただけます。
- 本編アンロック（¥600 / $3.39）：本編アーティスト計820以上にアクセスできます。
- DLCパック：テーマ別の追加アーティストパックを個別に購入できます（現在「J-Rock & Pop Pack vol.1」を¥300 / $1.99で配信中）。
- アプリ内課金はすべて Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。
- 返金については、Apple の返金ポリシーに従って対応します。
- Appleが税率または外国為替レートの変動を考慮して、価格を随時自動的に調整する場合があります。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、不正なデータ抽出、解析・改変を試みる行為
- 運営者の許可なく本アプリのコンテンツを商用目的で利用する行為
- 著作物の無断配布、その他第三者の権利を侵害する行為
4. コンテンツ・データソース
本アプリで表示されるアーティスト情報・画像は、Wikipedia および Wikimedia Commons から取得しています。影響関係についても、Wikipedia の記述を参照して構成しています。これらのデータの正確性・完全性・最新性について、運営者はいかなる保証も行いません。画像は、それぞれに適用されるクリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスまたはパブリックドメインのもとで使用しています。
5. 知的財産
本アプリのデザイン、コード、オリジナルコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。Wikipedia / Wikimedia のコンテンツは、それぞれのライセンスのもとで使用しています。アーティスト名および関連する商標は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。
6. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
7. 変更について
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、いつでも本規約を変更できるものとします。変更内容は本ページに掲示します。
8. 準拠法
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions under which Music Influence Chain (the "App") is provided, and the rights and obligations between the operator and users regarding the use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the "Music Influence Chain" iOS application. Any individual rules or guidelines posted by the operator within the App or on its website also form part of these Terms.
2. Pricing
- Core content (75 artists) is available for free.
- Full Game Unlock (¥600 / $3.39): Access to 820+ main artists.
- DLC Packs: Additional themed artist packs are available for separate purchase (currently the "J-Rock & Pop Pack vol.1" at ¥300 / $1.99).
- All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
- Apple may automatically adjust prices from time to time to account for changes in tax rates or foreign exchange rates.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, users must not:
- violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals;
- reverse engineer the App, attempt unauthorized data extraction, or analyze or modify the App;
- use App content for commercial purposes without the operator's permission;
- distribute copyrighted materials without authorization, or otherwise infringe the rights of third parties.
4. Content & Data Sources
Artist information and images shown in the App are sourced from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. Influence relationships shown in the App reference descriptions from Wikipedia. The operator makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this data. Images are used under their applicable Creative Commons licenses or as public domain works.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, and original content are the property of the developer. Wikipedia and Wikimedia content is used under their respective licenses. Artist names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App.
7. Changes to These Terms
The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

2. 요금・결제
- 코어 콘텐츠(아티스트 75명)는 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 본편 잠금 해제（¥600 / $3.39）：820명 이상의 메인 아티스트에 접근할 수 있습니다.
- DLC 팩：테마별 추가 아티스트 팩을 개별 구매할 수 있습니다（현재「J-Rock & Pop Pack vol.1」을 ¥300 / $1.99에 제공 중）。
- 모든 앱 내 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다.
- 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
- Apple은 세율 또는 외환 환율 변동을 고려하여 수시로 가격을 자동 조정할 수 있습니다.
3. 금지 행위
이용자는 본 앱을 이용함에 있어 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 법령 또는 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 반하는 행위
- 본 앱에 대한 리버스 엔지니어링, 무단 데이터 추출, 분석·수정을 시도하는 행위
- 운영자의 허가 없이 본 앱의 콘텐츠를 상업적 목적으로 이용하는 행위
- 저작물의 무단 배포, 그 외 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 행위
4. 콘텐츠・데이터 출처
본 앱에 표시되는 아티스트 정보 및 이미지는 Wikipedia 및 Wikimedia Commons에서 제공받고 있습니다. 영향 관계 역시 Wikipedia의 기술을 참조하여 구성하였습니다. 운영자는 이러한 데이터의 정확성, 완전성, 최신성에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 이미지는 각각 적용되는 크리에이티브 커먼즈 라이선스 또는 퍼블릭 도메인 하에 사용됩니다.
5. 지적재산권
본 앱의 디자인, 코드 및 오리지널 콘텐츠에 관한 지적재산권은 개발자에게 귀속됩니다. Wikipedia/Wikimedia의 콘텐츠는 각각의 라이선스에 따라 사용됩니다. 아티스트명 및 관련 상표는 각 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
6. 면책 사항
본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 운영자는 본 앱의 이용으로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 약관 변경
운영자는 필요하다고 판단되는 경우 언제든지 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 본 페이지에 게시됩니다.

Estos Términos de Servicio (los "Términos") regulan las condiciones bajo las cuales se ofrece Music Influence Chain (la "App"), así como los derechos y obligaciones entre el operador y los usuarios respecto al uso de la App. Por favor, lea atentamente estos Términos antes de usar la App. Al descargar o usar la App, se considera que ha aceptado estos Términos.
1. Ámbito de aplicación
Estos Términos regulan el uso de la aplicación para iOS "Music Influence Chain". Cualquier norma o directriz individual publicada por el operador dentro de la App o en su sitio web también forma parte de estos Términos.
2. Precios y facturación
- El contenido principal (75 artistas) está disponible de forma gratuita.
- Desbloqueo del juego completo (¥600 / $3.39): acceso a más de 820 artistas principales.
- Paquetes DLC: hay paquetes temáticos de artistas adicionales disponibles para compra por separado (actualmente el "J-Rock & Pop Pack vol.1" por ¥300 / $1.99).
- Todas las compras dentro de la app se procesan a través de la App Store de Apple.
- Los reembolsos se gestionan conforme a la política de reembolsos de Apple.
- Apple puede ajustar automáticamente los precios de vez en cuando para tener en cuenta los cambios en las tasas impositivas o los tipos de cambio.
3. Conductas prohibidas
Al usar la App, los usuarios no deben:
- infringir leyes, normativas, o el orden público y las buenas costumbres;
- realizar ingeniería inversa de la App, intentar la extracción no autorizada de datos, o analizar o modificar la App;
- utilizar el contenido de la App con fines comerciales sin autorización del operador;
- distribuir materiales protegidos por derechos de autor sin autorización, o infringir de otro modo los derechos de terceros.
4. Contenido y fuentes de datos
La información de los artistas y las imágenes que se muestran en la App proceden de Wikipedia y Wikimedia Commons. Las relaciones de influencia que se muestran en la App hacen referencia a descripciones de Wikipedia. El operador no garantiza la exactitud, integridad o vigencia de estos datos. Las imágenes se utilizan conforme a sus respectivas licencias Creative Commons o como obras de dominio público.
5. Propiedad intelectual
El diseño, el código y el contenido original de la App son propiedad del desarrollador. El contenido de Wikipedia y Wikimedia se utiliza conforme a sus respectivas licencias. Los nombres de los artistas y las marcas relacionadas pertenecen a sus respectivos propietarios.
6. Exención de responsabilidad
La App se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. El operador no es responsable de los daños derivados del uso de esta App.
7. Cambios a estos Términos
El operador se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se publicarán en esta página.

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Japón.
